I love both listing homes and helping buyers find their home!
For Sellers, I create a lot of pre-list buzz using an array of online and word-of-mouth marketing. I make the first open houses an event not to be missed for buyers and their agents! Professional photos and floor plans, individual websites, lots of online marketing, and a terrific network of local Realtors are all engaged for each listing.
With buyers, I love to zero in, find their dream home, and write an offer that will win that home for them! It's challenging in a seller's market for buyers, and they need the guidance of a dedicated & experienced agent to navigate successfully.
I live in Stow on Lake Boon. My husband and I have three children - all now almost grown or grown, two dogs, and two cats. We love to travel near and far and spend time with family and friends.
