One idea has been at the heart of my professional life: place.
In academia, I studied ancient Greek and Latin texts through the lens of place. After leaving academia, I spent more than 15 years in the fine wine industry, buying and selling wines of terroir—wines whose identity is shaped by where they come from. Today, I bring that same appreciation for the meaning of place to real estate, helping clients buy and sell one of life's most important investments: their home.
Although I was born in Alaska, Massachusetts has been home since I was five years old. I grew up in Needham and Walpole and now live in Sudbury with my wife and our two children. As an active member of the community, I'm proud to help individuals and families find their place in the communities I know and love.
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: guiding people through important decisions. Whether teaching students, advising clients on building and selling fine wine collections, or helping buyers and sellers navigate today's real estate market, I've always taken a thoughtful, consultative approach centered on listening, education, and personalized service.
Outside of real estate, you'll often find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying great food and wine, reading, exploring nature, listening to music, or pursuing a regular spiritual practice.
Whether you're buying your first home, searching for your next chapter, or preparing to sell, I'm committed to making the process informed, seamless, and rewarding every step of the way.
