About Joanna Kirylo

A native of Somerville, Joanna has been an active and engaged Real Estate agent since 2005 and has been described by her clients as being "patient, honest, responsive, and authentic." Because of her expertise and local knowledge, she continuously and effectively assists both buyers and sellers throughout Somerville, Cambridge, and the surrounding areas.

 

Her journey in real estate has been more than a profession; it's a commitment to helping individuals and families find not just houses, but homes that resonate with their unique lifestyles and goals. Her dedication to her clients is shown in the long-term relationships she has built with first-time buyers, long-time owners, and investors, and she understands that buying or selling a home is a significant life event.

 

Joanna holds a BA in Journalism from Westfield State University, a Construction Supervisor’s License, and is a Notary. Joanna is an avid reader (and TV watcher), enjoys yoga, photography, and spending her downtime in Maine. She currently resides in Medford.
