Meet Matt
With a background steeped in law, leadership, and coaching, Matthew brings a powerful edge to The Teter Group. After graduating with honors from McDaniel College and earning his law degree from Rutgers School of Law, Matt passed the NJ and PA state bars and quickly rose to prominence in the real estate world.
In 2013, Matt became a Team Leader with Keller Williams, and by 2017 had helped grow one of the firm’s market centers from 68 to 417 agents. His deep expertise in business operations and leadership led him to coaching, where he has since guided over 450 leaders across industries. In 2015, he became a MAPS Leadership Coach and was later appointed the first-ever Director of Leadership Coaches. He has also launched multiple title companies through joint ventures and co-created the Team Leader 30-60-90 course, which has impacted 144+ market center leaders.
Today, Matt continues to serve as a full-time Executive Coach while actively supporting The Teter Group and its mission to deliver elevated, expert real estate service. When he's not working with leaders or real estate clients, Matt is often running, reading, or traveling with Regina and his two dogs.
