Meet Nurcin
Hi, I’m Nurcin—a Chelsea-based real estate professional who’s passionate about making the home buying and selling journey smooth, empowering, and even fun. I bring a people-first, solutions-driven approach, blending my background in HR and startups with a deep commitment to helping others move confidently into their next chapter.
Before real estate, I spent years in HR—supporting people through tough decisions, negotiating opportunities, and navigating change. I realized I wanted to make that same impact in a more personal way. Real estate was the perfect fit: I’ve always loved architecture, problem-solving, and meaningful conversations. Now, I get to bring all of that together while running my own business.
I specialize in working with first-time buyers and lifestyle movers across Chelsea, Medford, Somerville, Malden, Arlington, and Everett. My role is to be your thought partner—someone who listens deeply, asks the right questions, and helps you cut through the noise to make clear, confident decisions. Whether you're up against a tight timeline, a competitive market, or just don’t know where to start, I’ve got your back.
Clients describe me as resourceful, relentless, and always in their corner. I move quickly, communicate clearly, and bring creative solutions to the table—so you never feel stuck or overwhelmed. I believe real estate should feel exciting, not stressful—and I work hard to make that your experience.
Born and raised in Turkey, I carry that sense of community and perseverance into everything I do. Staying connected to my roots while building a life and career in Greater Boston has shaped the way I relate to clients: with empathy, adaptability, and a strong belief in the power of finding your place.
Outside of real estate, I stay connected to the UMass Boston community through the Young Alumni Council, mentor in a women’s leadership program, and support the Center for Collaborative Leadership. I’m also a lifelong tennis player and coach who believes in bringing energy and focus—on and off the court.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal—but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With the right guide, it can be one of the most empowering experiences of your life. If you’re ready to make a move, I’d love to help you every step of the way.
