Richard Kim has focused on property management and real estate brokerage for the past 15 years in Boston and New York, managing portfolios ranging from individual condo units to a $200 million luxury mixed-use development in Boston’s Back Bay.
After running his brokerage in Allston, MA, for five years and serving the Cambridge Market Center as a Team Leader for two years, he became the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Cambridge in 2018 & co-founded the KR Boston team in 2020.
Richard is the current chair of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors YPN.
