Meet Sonia
I’m a newly licensed REALTOR® in the Greater Boston area with a strong foundation in real estate investing and an academic background in economics. My experience comes not only from my own investments in single-family and multi-family properties, but also from growing up in a family involved in mixed real estate investing, including residential, multi-family, and development projects.
I bring a highly analytical approach to real estate, combined with real-world experience and a sharp eye for identifying strong deals and undervalued opportunities. I don’t just help clients find homes- I help them understand value and make confident, informed decisions.
My approach is relationship-first. I prioritize understanding each client’s goals, listening carefully, and staying proactive in anticipating needs before they arise. I’m known for being honest, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver who finds ways to make deals work when others can’t.
What I enjoy most is seeing clients realize they’ve secured real value- whether that’s the right home, a strong investment, or a deal they didn’t think was possible.
I have a strong international background, shaped by both my family and personal experience, which allows me to connect easily with clients from diverse backgrounds. As an immigrant myself, I deeply value the educated, international, and welcoming nature of the Greater Boston community.
Outside of real estate, I’m a parent of three children (ages 2, 9, and 10). I stay active through snowboarding, skateboarding, windsurfing, aerial arts, dancing, and motorcycle riding, and I love traveling and taking road trips with my kids-especially across Europe.
