Meet Thiago
Thiago is a North Shore native who comes from a Brazilian background. Originally from Framingham, Thiago worked in Coolidge Corner for six years. He is a strong extrovert, as he loves to meet new people and explore the depths of the city. Thiago prides himself on being able to match a client with something that turned out better than expected, and the excitement of delivering approval news to the leasees. Being a self-motivator who likes to push himself to test his limits, Thiago has a very competitive nature which complements his success as a realtor. Maintaining a positive relationship with any potential client is important, and doing this comes naturally to Thiago, as he genuinely enjoys getting to spend time laughing and conversing with his clients. Through realty-navigated experience, Thiago is very familiar with Brookline, Boston, and Cambridge, although he particularly enjoys working in the North Shore, Metro-West, and Greater Boston areas.

Thiago entered the real estate field in December 2009. He finds the best thing about being a real estate agent is being able to help people get approved for a home they were not expecting to get approved for, making long-term relationships with owners and clients, and getting familiar with real estate trends. Thiago’s outgoing personality has allowed him to maintain solid relationships with landlords, so much that they will call him to have casual conversation and discuss economic matters; he really enjoys meeting people who appreciate work and professionalism as much as he does, so he builds relationships with them. Some of Thiago’s intrinsic qualities are that he listens well, addresses every need, explores all possible options, and is always willing to help people in any way he can. This shows he is very sincere and hardworking; if there is a will, he finds a way.
