Tish Dray is a REALTOR® who believes real estate is first and foremost about people. She & her husband, Tim have built a thriving business centered on relationships, often forming friendships that last long after closing day.
Tish offers deep familiarity with many central Massachusetts communities, neighborhoods, and their market rhythms. Her clients value her steady communication, thoughtful guidance, and ability to make the process feel simple and stress-free. Whether helping sellers prepare move-in-ready listings that attract multiple offers or helping buyers spot opportunities, Tish brings clarity and strategy to every step. One of her proudest moments was helping an out of state, relocating family find and secure a home in a single weekend—just in time to register their three children for school.
Born and raised in Oregon, Tish now enjoys life in Massachusetts with her husband, four children, and four grandchildren. Guided by her personal motto—“Do everything as if I’m working for the Lord”—Tish offers a level of dedication, heart, and experience that makes her the trusted choice for buyers and sellers alike.
