Vivian Liu is a dedicated real estate professional who believes that a home is more than just a property - it’s the heart of a family, a place filled with love, memories, and life’s most treasured moments. Her passion for helping clients find a home they truly love stems from her deep commitment to customer care and cultural understanding.
With over 20 years of experience in business leadership and human resources, Vivian has held C-suite roles at High-Tech companies and where she played a key role in launching Cloud Services in Greater China Regions. She spent her whole career in people business and has served as a career coach at Peking University. Her transition into real estate was driven by a personal experience—after facing unprofessional service during the sale of her Seattle home, she took matters into her own hands, ensuring that every client she works with receives the professionalism and dedication they deserve.
Vivian’s approach is deeply customer-focused. She prioritizes understanding her clients’ unique needs, guiding them with care, and ensuring that they make confident, informed decisions. Her strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and action-oriented approach help clients navigate real estate with ease.
Vivian holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Labor Economics from a university in China. She is also a certified professional coach, professional trainer, and serves as an award judge for the Harvard Business Review.
Now living in Lexington, Massachusetts, Vivian has lived and worked across the U.S. and internationally, including in Providence, Seattle, Finland, and Dubai. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, swimming, and teaching leadership and communication skills. She is excited to help her clients find not just a house, but a home filled with love and lasting memories.
