Yegor brings the disciplined execution of a senior corporate project leader together with the negotiation instincts of an experienced real estate professional - all within a personal, relationship-driven approach.
With a career built on strategy, negotiation, and delivering results, Yegor brings a distinctive combination of real estate experience and senior-level corporate leadership to every client relationship. After spending approximately five years helping buyers and sellers in the New York City residential market, he is returning to real estate with a focus on Greater Boston - particularly Burlington, Lexington, Bedford, and Winchester - serving buyers and sellers of single-family homes and condominiums, from first-time purchases to luxury properties.
Before returning to real estate, Yegor built an approximately 25-year career in technology and senior project management, including work with Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. That background shaped the way he approaches real estate today: establish a clear plan, understand the data, anticipate challenges, communicate consistently, negotiate with purpose, and keep every moving part focused on the client's objective.
His approach is highly organized, analytical, and technology-forward. Yegor uses MLS research, comparable sales, current inventory, market trends, and modern technology - including AI-assisted analysis - to help clients make informed decisions. For sellers, that means developing a competitive, data-supported pricing and positioning strategy designed to attract qualified buyers and pursue a strong result efficiently. For buyers, it means understanding value, competition, affordability, and negotiating from an informed position rather than reacting emotionally to market headlines.
Negotiation is one of Yegor's defining strengths. While representing a buyer in New York, he helped bring together a difficult luxury transaction involving an expensive oceanfront condominium that had remained on the market for an extended period. A substantial gap separated the seller's asking price from the buyer's offer. Through persistent communication and negotiation, Yegor helped bridge that divide and move the parties toward an agreement - an experience that continues to shape his calm, strategic approach to complex transactions.
Yegor also believes that successful real estate decisions begin long before an offer is written or a property is listed. Rather than encouraging clients to chase the supposedly perfect moment in the market, he focuses on personal readiness: goals, timeline, affordability, reserves, lifestyle needs, and long-term plans. His role is not simply to provide listings or market statistics, but to explain what the information means for each client's individual situation and build a clear, step-by-step roadmap.
Having lived in Burlington for approximately 13 years, Yegor brings a genuine connection to the communities he serves. He appreciates Burlington's convenient access to Boston, shopping, dining, and business community; Lexington's history, schools, luxury housing, and outdoor amenities such as the Minuteman Bikeway; Bedford's balanced residential character; and Winchester's classic New England setting and sophisticated atmosphere. That local perspective complements his data-driven market analysis and helps clients evaluate not only a property, but the lifestyle surrounding it.
At the center of Yegor's business is a simple belief: expertise matters most when clients know their interests genuinely come first. Buying or selling a home can be both financially significant and deeply personal, so he strives to create a relationship built on honest communication, thoughtful guidance, patience, and trust. If a property or strategy is not right for a client, his responsibility is to say so. The goal is not merely the next closing; it is helping clients make decisions they can feel confident about long after the transaction is complete.
Outside of real estate, Yegor enjoys traveling the world with his wife and two boys, with Italy and France among the family's favorite destinations. They share an active lifestyle that includes swimming, tennis, cycling, and time by the ocean. The family also spends time at their secondary home in Sarasota, where Yegor particularly enjoys fishing with his boys and jet ski rides. One of his most memorable adventures was landing an approximately four-foot roosterfish during a fishing trip to Costa Rica after a long battle to bring it aboard.
