About Sven Andersen

Sven Andersen has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the President and CEO of Andersen Group Realty, one of the highest-producing real estate groups in the region. Sven’s goal is to turn every client into a raving fan, and he achieves this by providing a concierge-level, consultative approach to home buying and selling.

As a young man, he quickly developed a passion for homes by assisting his father with various housing projects. Armed with a strong business background in marketing, a passion for technology, and an understanding of homes and their construction, Sven has the knowledge to be creative in how he markets properties for his clients.

Raised in Westport and Cheshire, Connecticut, Sven is proud to call Winchester home. After graduating from Bentley University with a degree in marketing and management, Sven spent 10 years in the tech sector selling both IT and security technology services.

When he’s not helping clients buy or sell their homes, Sven enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina, and their daughters, Karissa, Brooke, and Paige. He also likes playing ping pong and living a healthy lifestyle by being physically active
